  • He spoke of what he called the failures of neoliberal globalization in an era of increased turbulence.

  • But as talks wrap up today, he may be disappointed that not all his allies support his agenda.

  • As in so many countries right now, Donald Trump's reelection is forcing Brazil to shift its priorities.
