Thousands of people are fleeing the central Syrian city of Homs as Islamist led rebel forces continue to advance towards Damascus.
Yesterday they seized control of the city of Hama in a second major blow to President Bashar Al Assad, who lost control of Aleppo last week.
The faction leading the assault says their goal is to build Syria and bring Syrian refugees back home over the border in Iraq.
Today, Baghdad is hosting a trilateral security meeting between the Iranian, Iraqi and Syrian foreign ministers to discuss the escalating situation.
