From PRX.
Friends beyond the Binary.
Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls.
Oh boy, is it time, an exciting time to not be excited because it's.
I don't know why I said that, but it's time to start a sleep podcast that's here to take your mind off of stuff and put you to sleep.
If you're new, welcome to Sleep with me.
It's a podcast that's really here.
If you're new and you've been looking for something to help you fall asleep, to take your mind off of stuff that's fun, light hearted, like a friend or a friendly voice, welcome sleep.
This podcast is a bit different, which is kind of good news, right?
Because there's a ton of people who are listening right now and they're rooting for you to get the sleep you need and they're hoping this podcast is a good fit.
But it does take some getting used to because this is a podcast.
So you listen to it a couple times, you go, oh, okay.
I had no idea something like this was out there.
And if it works for you, say, I've been looking for this my whole life.
I didn't even think something like this could exist.
And if it doesn't work for you, don't worry.
We have a way to get you to another sleep podcast that could help you out@sleepwithmepodcast.com nothankyou but as so many listeners have said, really hope you give this a few try, see how goes so I can help you fall asleep.
This show is just here to be your friend in the deep, dark night.
I started the show based on when I was a kid, I listened to comedy radio to take my mind off of stuff, of what was keeping me awake and the idea, the pressure about falling asleep that I should be able to make myself fall asleep.
I didn't really like how that made me feel or felt during the day and a whole lot of other stuff.
