Welcome to Valley Heat.
I'm Doug Duguay.
This is a podcast about the neighborhood, my neighborhood, the Burbank Rancho Equestrian District, right here in Los Angeles County.
Brought to you by valjanthony's Too Sharp Cheddar.
And I don't know if you've ever had cheddar and you think this might be too sharp.
Well, I'll tell you what it isn't.
It's not as sharp as this cheddar.
The way Val puts it, if there were a meter for cheese sharpness, the needle would be pinned on.
You're dead.
This cheese of Val's is.
I've tried only a little bit of it.
I don't know if you've ever had someone spray mace in a hallway on accident or woken up in a weird position with your face completely asleep.
And I use those as an example because it's.
If you try this stuff, your body is not going to have a reaction worked out at first, and you're going to be confused, probably because it's just never encountered anything like this.
Probably not dissimilar from the way a person feels warm when they're about to freeze to death.
Your body just kind of goes, well, here's one option, and really the idea here is that cheese is so personal and individual.
A lot of people, Val included, they like the cheese that is very fragrant.
Some people think it smells terrible.
And then other people, they'll say, that actually smells fantastic.
Well, one thing that everyone could agree on is that this cheese is way too sharp.
