  • But more than anything else, I think what we really want is we just want to feel good.

  • That's really what it comes down to, isn't it?

  • And I remember years ago, I had a one on one client and she was asking me like, what do you do when you have a bad week?

  • And this is 2015 is when it was.

  • She's like, what do you do when you have a bad week?

  • And I really had to think about it and I was like, to be honest with you, I don't have bad weeks.

  • And she's like, what do you mean you don't have bad weeks?
