What you're hearing is Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin in the cramped cabin of their bizarre looking spacecraft, eagle.
During the final three minutes of their descent to the moon, they're standing up as they fly and both of them peer through small triangular windows in front of them as they work the controls, Buzz Aldrin is calling out the altitudes and rates of descent as they approach the lunar surface.
Here, they're just 750ft above it.
