After the tragic discovery of Louisa Ioannidis body on October 11, 2011, the grim finding received little attention.
In fact, her death barely made it into the local paper the Preston Post Times, attracting just a small two line statement.
Woman identified police recovered the body of a woman from Darrabran Creek near Tyler Street, Preston, on October 11.
Investigations have confirmed the identity of the female and determined her death was not suspicious.
Police would like to thank residents who provided assistance.
