We're so happy to have you back to talk today about energizing hobbies and flow state.
Before we get into the flow state of it all, I guess we can start a little bit more generally by talking about hobbies.
So I feel like this is a pretty common small talk conversation topic that comes up oftentimes.
You are probably asked, oh, what are your hobbies?
Or what kind of hobbies do you have?
So what are your go to answers for that question?
Currently, I just say I like bouldering, mainly indoor bouldering.
And then after that, I don't really have much to say about it.
So maybe I include, like, certain things I'm interested in at the moment.
Right now, I'm trying to pick up some sewing.
I'm kind of tired of paying $20 just to get my pants hemmed or my shirt.
So, yeah, those are kind of my go tos right now.
