So what have we got for you in the lesson this week?
Well, this week's lesson is all about verbs and it's about action verbs.
With your hands, different movements, with your hands, gestures, we sometimes refer to them as.
So I've got ten of them in the list.
I'll go through them with you and explain what, what they mean.
And I have a little extra one at the end.

So what do they mean and how do we use them?
As I said, they're all particular actions, they're all verbs about certain actions that you do with your hands.
So it's all focusing on our hands, not the arms as such.

Some people get confused and they refer to it all as the arm.
It's the hand, the wrist, the arms.
