  • Our Think Again series is back, and this time we're talking about how to rethink the way you approach big life transitions.

  • Over the past few years, I've gone through a lot of transitions.

  • Some of the major ones I got married, I had really close loved ones die.

  • I started a new job, this one remotely and in a pandemic I moved a few times.

  • And I've got some big transitions coming up too.

  • I'm pregnant and really excited and suddenly feeling this rush of momentum into the next chapter of my life.

  • The thing about moments of transition is.

  • They can feel challenging, destabilizing, even scary.

  • But they can also be really clarifying.

  • They're a chance to take stock of where you are, what matters to you, and who you want to be moving forward.

  • That's why for our Think Again series.
