Well, I often skip breakfast because I'm in a rush and lunch is usually fast food.
I know it's not the best choice.
Skipping meals and eating fast food can lead to energy crashes and poor nutrition.
Try to start your day with a healthy breakfast.
I guess you're right.
I also drink a lot of coffee to stay awake.
Drink too much coffee, disrupt your sleep and make you feel not well.
