Hey Emily, I start my day with a good breakfast and a short jog in the morning.
It gives me a lot of energy.
That sounds great.
I try to drink lots of water and avoid sugary snacks.
Also, I've cut down caffeine.

Also, I make sure to get at least seven hours of sleep each night.
Sleeping well is important for health.
Having a regular sleep schedule helps too.
Yes, sleep is crucial.
I also find that reducing stress with yoga and meditation helps a lot.
