Let's start with this week's Senate confirmation hearings.
Around a dozen of President elect Donald Trump's Cabinet picks are headed to Capitol Hill this week to appear before various Senate committees.
They'll have to answer questions from lawmakers and show they're qualified for the jobs they've been nominated for before the full Senate votes on whether to confirm them today.
Hearings begin with Doug Collins, Trump's pick to head the Department of Veterans affairs.
And Doug Burgum.
He's been nominated to run the Department of the Interior.
But the big one that everyone will be watching for is the hearing for Trump's pick to lead the Department of Defense.
Military veteran and former Fox News host Pete Hegseth.
He's facing allegations of excessive drinking, financial mismanagement.
Oh, and sexual assault.
That's on top of the fact that he seems to lack the management experience needed to run a department with close to 3 million employees.
