But this week there was a really remarkable couple of days.
On Thursday, Blue Origin, which is a company run by Jeff Bezos of Amazon, successfully launched its first space rocket into orbit.
On the first attempt, the launcher took off really slowly, which added to both the majesty and the tension of the event.
But in flight, it performed beautifully, delivering its payload a prototype of a Blue Origin spacecraft called Blue Ring.
There's a lot of blue going on here.
