  • Especially things you've wanted to happen for a long time

  • but could never figure out how to wrap your head around actually making them real.

  • Then we explored how to build the confidence to pursue your dreams.

  • And we talked about cultivating five specific, simple and accessible Good life habits.

  • But here's the thing.

  • Life isn't just about the big things.

  • The big goals or the big moments, or the inner chatter or things that you do repeatedly every day.
