I'm Alex Ritson and on the Global News podcast,

Hi there, I'm Katrina Perry in Washington from the BBC World Service.
This is the global story.

And it seemed like a permanent change.

I get distracted more in an office.
But now more and more companies are calling their employees back to work
and many employers have slammed working from home as inefficient and bad for the bottom line.

I believe that your personal development suffers.
