Nigerians are expressing outrage over a big jump in the price of mobile data charged by some of the country's major phone networks after a government announcement three weeks ago said it would be capped at a 50% price rise. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi visits Washington and meets President Donald Trump later this week, and there will be some warm hugs and shared laughs.
