China has pledged to step up resources and funding to support employment.
Wang Xiaoping, Minister of Human Resources and Social Security,
said on Sunday that new policies will be unveiled to help college graduates in China hunt for jobs.
The Minister suggested
that China is facing an arduous task in terms of stabilizing and expanding employment in 2025,
noting the first two months saw a good start for the job market.
China plans to create more than 12 million new urban jobs over the course of this year
while keeping its urban job loss rate around 5.5%.
