I'm a bit frightened.
I'm a bit frightened because I just finished making my fourth caffeinated beverage of the day.
Okay, I woke up, had a coffee mid morning, had a matcha,
then a little bit later had another one and then now it's 4:45pm and I'm having a third one.
So this is my fourth caffeinated beverage of the day.
This is very unusual for me.
I usually stop drinking caffeine after my third caffeinated beverage.
Latest 2 or 3pm it's later than usual.
Even though I think I have a high caffeine tolerance, I just,
I don't want to have like some sort of panic attack.
I also don't want to be up all night so I'm, I'm a bit frightened but I'm exhausted.
I'm exhausted right now and I, if I don't drink this, I'm going to take a nap.
And I'm really trying to stop napping because I've just noticed
that it ultimately only holds me back in life.
It tends to have a net negative effect on my life in the moment.
Taking a nap feels incredible and a lot of times taking a nap is actually quite helpful
because it ultimately gives me the energy to complete the rest of my day.
But then it's harder to fall asleep at night.
I end up falling asleep later and then I end up waking up later the next day.
