  • I am not gonna lie.

  • I'm a bit frightened.

  • I'm a bit frightened because I just finished making my fourth caffeinated beverage of the day.

  • Okay, I woke up, had a coffee mid morning, had a matcha,

  • then a little bit later had another one and then now it's 4:45pm and I'm having a third one.

  • So this is my fourth caffeinated beverage of the day.

  • This is very unusual for me.

  • I usually stop drinking caffeine after my third caffeinated beverage.

  • Latest 2 or 3pm it's later than usual.

  • Even though I think I have a high caffeine tolerance, I just,

  • I don't want to have like some sort of panic attack.

  • I also don't want to be up all night so I'm, I'm a bit frightened but I'm exhausted.

  • I'm exhausted right now and I, if I don't drink this, I'm going to take a nap.

  • And I'm really trying to stop napping because I've just noticed

  • that it ultimately only holds me back in life.

  • It tends to have a net negative effect on my life in the moment.

  • Taking a nap feels incredible and a lot of times taking a nap is actually quite helpful

  • because it ultimately gives me the energy to complete the rest of my day.

  • But then it's harder to fall asleep at night.

  • I end up falling asleep later and then I end up waking up later the next day.
