37 分钟Hi, Hannah.
Hi, John.
Why don't we introduce ourselves?
Sure.
I'm Hannah Natenson and I cover education for the Washington Post.
And pretty much since I've started, I've had to write about school shootings.
From a seven year old who shot his teacher in Virginia to this past fall when a 14 year old shot two classmates and two teachers in Georgia.
Yeah.
My name is John Woodrow Cox.
I'm an enterprise reporter at the Washington Post.
I have a focus on narrative reporting.
I have reported on school shootings and gun violence,
how it affects children for the past eight years.
I wrote a book about this subject, wrote about a school shooting in South Carolina,
wrote about the Newtown school shooting, Uvalde, Parkland.
I wrote about the mass shooting in Las Vegas.
So, you know,
this has been a big part of my life and the work that Hannah and I have done together for a long time.
I don't normally ask John to tell me all his work because I,
I have been an avid follower of John's work since college.
