  Vladimir Putin.

  Mr. Trump had said that he was hoping for a deal during this call,

  but in fact what he got was an agreement not to attack the energy infrastructure of of Ukraine for 30 days,

  but no actual ceasefire.

  Mr. Putin also added to his list of conditions he once met before any ceasefire.
