First, on today's show, not like it's any of my business, but how did you sleep last night?
A newly published report reveals that nearly half half of Chinese adults experience some form of sleep disorder.
No wonder the sleep health market is booming.
In 2023 alone, people in China spent close to 496 billion yuan, or a staggering US$68.5 billion, trying to get a good night's rest.
And by 2030, that number is expected to top 1 trillion yuan.
With World Sleep Day upon us on March 21, let's talk about it with what's messing with your sleep?
