My name is Anna and you're listening to week 10 day 5 of your English 5 a day.
The second season.
It is my mission to provide you with a healthy daily dose of English vocabulary so
that you can piece by piece start to feel more like yourself when communicating in English.
Now many of you tell me that you feel sometimes overwhelmed by the amount of vocabulary that we cover
that you're unable to remember every single item.
Well let me tell you, don't worry, stop flapping, it's okay.
You don't need to actively remember everything that we cover.
Just through exposure.
In a way where you feel relaxed and you're enjoying yourself,
that exposure alone is going to do so much for your growth.
What is important is that you are regularly tuning in, regularly listening.
And if you can do a little more with the material, that's great.
Make a little note in your notebook of a word that you really enjoy or a phrase that you think,
I'm going to use that, that's so relative to me in my life.
Write it down,
maybe make a little challenge for yourself to use that word or phrase in the day as you move through your day.
Access the database that's there for free and write your own examples to the words that we covered in that particular episode.
