That's happened to me with food, habits, even people.
And today I'm talking about how our brains and bodies adapt sometimes in surprising ways.
Now this morning I was eating a grapefruit.
I've been craving grapefruit for the last few days and I thought you know what?
I'm sure there's a grapefruit somewhere in my fridge.
I'm going to open it up, cut it into segments and devour it.
And that's what I did.
And this is unusual.
