Hi, welcome back to Eat yout Crust podcast.
I'm Jisoo.
And I'm Krystal.
So the topic today is very near and dear to my heart.
And I also feel like it's particularly relevant for like,
a cold winter day in fashion February or March.
And we are going to talk about our ROT routine today to specify.
What is a ROT routine to you, Krystal, wait.
I'm going to be honest.
I don't know if there's a routine to it.
For me personally, if it's the weekend, it's directly connected to just getting out of bed.
But I guess there's a slight routine if it's on a weekday, coming back from work,
getting comfy, to sit on the couch or be somewhere and mindlessly do something to recover.
Dang.
I feel like for me, I have some prerequisites for what makes a good ROT session.
Wait, let's hear them.
Okay, one thing is, you know how you talked about,
like, getting home from work, snuggling up on the couch?
To me, that's not a full fraught routine.
I'm just unwinding, you know, I'm like, I deserve this.
