  • leaving 11 people dead or missing.

  • The Russian Embassy in Cairo has said that all the people who died today were from Russia.

  • I got the latest from our correspondent in the Egyptian capital, Sali Nabil.

  • What we know is that submarine has sunk this morning off the coast of the Red Sea resort of hurghada.

  • It had 45 tourists on board, according to the Russian Embassy in Cairo.
