Five times 15.
Now, I'm thrilled to be able to welcome Carol Cadwalader to the stage.
Carol is the.
Well, actually, she was the Guardian journalist.
She has, in fact, been sacked, which is something that we might come to in our conversation.
Carol was the journalist who discovered Cambridge Analytica and the effect that it had on our elections and on the Brexit vote.
She is also now the author of the presenter of a fantastic podcast called Stalked,
which I cannot recommend too highly.
It's on the BBC.
Plus, of course, she is doing her series as well on a substack on the broligarchy,
which was a word that she coined herself last year in the Guardian.
And I think we'll probably start our conversation by asking her to explain what exactly that is.
And also she will take the conversation on where Jonathan left it about the crisis of democracy,
and I think try and dive into some of the reasons why this is possible.
So please welcome Carol.
Thanks, Rosie.
It's a cheerful evening so far, isn't it?
Well, yeah, I think.
And there's more good times to come.
More good times to come with you.
