  And along with the trade war, we have the elimination of DEI and Sotchil.

  Why don't you share with the audience what DEI stands for?

  DEI stands for diversity, equity and inclusion.

  And, and you know, for our listeners, diversity literally just means.

  Diversity just means multicultural basically.

  You know, different cultures, different skin colors, different races, different sexual orientations.
