This is The Guardian.
Today, is it safe to visit the U.S.?
Oh, my goodness.
So I started off acting when I was in my early 20s.
I was working in film and television and then I own.
You were very successful, right?
I mean, I wouldn't say that, but I was a working actress.
So in that world, I guess you can say that successful.
But then I actually transitioned.
I used to own bars and nightclubs.
So I went from film and television to bars and nightclubs to completely transitioning my life into health and wellness.
And that's what I'm dedicated to now.
I spoke to Jasmine Mooney a couple of days ago from her home in Vancouver.
She works for a company selling fancy water infused with mushrooms, ketones, something called Neutropics.
Anyway, it's based in LA and Jasmine used to commute back and forth from Canada all the time,
though not without visa hassles.
One of my letters from my employer was missing a proper letterhead and that was why I originally got denied.
Like it was something so minor to the point where he's like, you can come back tomorrow.
I didn't think it was that big of a deal, but now I realize how big of a deal it is.
Once you get one denial, it stays on your record and that just snowballs into many problems down the line.
