Aussie PM in China

"You have been greatly missed", visiting Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese told the Chinese audience at a global import expo in Shanghai on Sunday. The sixth China International Import Expo is the first edition after China lifted COVID-related travel restrictions. Prime Minister Anthony Albanese also paid a visit to Beijing and was received by Chinese President Xi Jinping on Monday. Both sides agreed that China and Australia share extensive common interests, and that fostering relations serves both sides well. What has brought about these welcome changes? What lessons need to be kept in mind on both sides?
