We're here tonight for, really, a special recording of Dear Sugar Radio Live.
And that is, it's part of this big thing called writers resist.
How many of you in the room are writers?
How many of you love someone who is a writer?
So, as you all know, this past election season was a brutal one.
And many of us woke up or maybe never went to sleep the night of the election in a state of despair and fear and befuddlement and anger.
And very quickly, everyone I know started saying, what next?
What do we do?
And one of those people is the wonderful poet Erin belew.
