What are some scientific strategies we can use to have a happier holiday season?
And can we also get some happiness Insights from the Traditions of the past?
These are the questions I had a chance to explore with my good friend Dave Distetto.
Dave's a psychology professor at Northeastern University.
He also hosts a podcast called How God Works, an entire show devoted to looking at the wisdom we can get from ancient traditions, no matter what our own beliefs are.
